Photographing weddings is about far more than capturing beautiful images. It is about presence. It is about noticing the quiet glance across a room, the way your hands find each other without thinking, the laughter that spills out when the nerves fade.

Your photographer will be with you more than almost anyone on your wedding day. That relationship matters.

I am not here to chase trends or create content for the sake of it. I am here to document what is real. To preserve the feeling of the day as it unfolds. To give you photographs that will feel just as honest twenty years from now.

I will step in when you need space. I will guide gently when timelines shift. I will be calm when the day moves quickly. And I will always be watching for the in between moments that matter most.

FAQs

how long have you been doing this for?

i went full time with my photography business in 2021 and have since photographed over 100 weddings. i had a meandering path to get here, but once i started i could not look back.

do you help with planning?

absolutely... to a point! i have worked and attended many weddings in my day and am happy to assist with timeline and any questions you may have. that being said, i am not a wedding planner and recommend hiring one for your day. there are so many moving parts and it can often be helpful having someone else taking care of those little details for you.

do you deliver RAW images?

the simple answer is no. RAW images are incomplete and a large part of my job that you hired me for does not end when i leave at the end of the evening. editing is part of the creative process and i spend a lot of time fine tuning and curating a gallery that i am proud to deliver.

how many photos do you deliver in the final gallery?

600+ photos is typical from a full wedding day (getting ready through dancing). that being said, every wedding is different, and things such as the size of your wedding party, number of guests, length of time allowed for portraits, your florals/decorations/details, number of locations, number of photographers, travel time between locations, etc.. all play their part in how many photos you will end up with.

how far in advance should we book?

many couples book between 8 - 16 months in advance with certain months filling up more quickly than other. that being said i am always happy to take on last minute bookings if i happen to be available. weekday elopements or weddings are often some of my fav shindigs so please reach out if you have that in mind.

do you travel for weddings?

yes and umm... double yes! you tell me where we are going and i will work out a custom package to suit your destination wedding needs. i do have a few bucket list locations and will offer super secret rates for weddings/elopements in California (hello Joshua Tree, Palm Springs etc), Italy, Scotland and New England (so i can work with my floral soulmate Nectar & Vessel)

okay, we are ready to book… what are our next steps?

if you book me as your wedding photographer a signed contract and retainer (50% of the total package pre-tax) will be due to reserve your date. we can, of course, also schedule a call or zoom if you have any further questions or if there are any more details to go over.
